Visa to China
For the ordinary passport holders from Singapore, Japan and Brunei, no visa is required to visit China for up to 15 days. Conference participants from other countries will be required to obtain a visa to enter China. For attending the conference in China, one can apply for either a tourist visa (Visa L) or a business visa (Visa F). We would recommend our conference participants to apply for the tourist visa, as its application procedure will be much simpler than the business visa.
Once you have paid for the conference registration, we will issue you an official invitation letter (also called Authorised Notification Form for Visa Application) to assist you to obtain a visa to China. The invitation letter will state the conference name, the duration of the conference, your detailed correspondence that will be extracted from your enquiry. Please contact Dr. Xuewei LIU on firstname.lastname@example.org using subject 'Invitation letter for TBM DiGs 2017'.
Please refer to the Chinese government website for the official visa information.
